9月23日下午，安徽省经济和信息化厅党组成员、总工程师徐文章带领省经信厅经济运行局局长张曙光、省经信厅技改处三级调研员程卫东等一行到贝克调研。市经信局副局长蒋杰、县委常委、常务副县长刘健、县经信局局长洪保荣、县经信局技术改造股张少强、太和经济开发区经贸发展局局长郑谦等领导陪同。
徐总工程师一行听取了贝克制药董事长王志邦关于公司生产运行、市场前景、发展现状的情况报告，并深入生车间，询问了解产品生产制造工艺流程以及产品的利润率，现场提出了意见和建议。
徐总工程师对贝克制药近几年加快工业转型发展取得的成效给予充分肯定，对贝克制药这样利国惠民、发展前景好的企业感到欣慰，要求省厅相关处室和市县经信部门要进一步强化服务，引导企业在创新、研发、设计、管理等方面加大力度，同时对企业提出了针对性建议。徐文章指出，要强化现代企业管理，提升精细化管理能力，努力打造“百年企业”。

The afternoon of September 23rd, Member of Party Committee of Provincial Economic and Information Department and Chief Engineer Xu Wenzhang, Director of Economic Operation Bureau Zhang Shuguang,Investigator of No.3. Technology Reform Bureau Cheng Weidong visited Anhui Biochem. Deputy Director of Municipal Economy and Information Department Jiang Jie，Deputy County Chief Liu Jian，Director of County Economy and Information Bureau Hong Baorong, Head of the Technology Reform Division of County Economy and Information Bureau Zhang Shaoqiang and Head of Economic and Trade Development Bureau of Taihe Economic Development Zone Zheng Qian accompanied the visit.
Chief Engineer Xu learnt about the market prospective and current development of Anhui Biochem and inspected the production workshop to learn about the production technique and the profit of products, providing valuable suggestions for us.
Chief Engineer Xu accredited Anhui Biochem of the program made in industrial transformation and was pleased about the enterprise contribution towards citizen health and country development. He urged the related bureau and divisions to further provide more service to Anhui Biochem and expected the enterprise to further enhance efforts in innovation, R&D, design and development. With modernized enterprise management and fine management, he believes that Anhui Biochem shall be a century-old enterprise.
