高薪诚聘：HR Manager 

Responsibilities: 

Performs professional HR management functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination etc.
Identify recruit various positions as assigned in order to meet the compan‘s manpower requirements 
Responsible fthe setting up maintenance of efficient systematic processes to facilitate HR administration database management 
Research establish the company＇＇s pay structure, develop the competitive compensation benefit plan 
Develop implement HR policies procedures fthe company＇＇s business goals to ensure fairness, effectiveness value-adding services 
Support development training of senidirectors, managers employees in the company ensure the training development plan is compliance with the company’s development plans fall levels of employees
Manages recruiting employee training programs

岗位要求：In charge of EHS management fauditing, training, discipline continual improvement;
Lead responsible fplant administration management; 
Manage day-to-day operation to ensure the office is well facilitated in order to provide a high efficient working environment

Educational qualification:
University degree in related major
Language: 
Good in English
Working Experience: 
At least 5 years management experience in HR field, including staffing, compensation benefits, performance management, employee relations & communication, HR projects other workforce
Plant management experience is an advantage
Professional knowledge of lablaw & related HR government regulations in China
Leadership skill, with development potential
In-depth understanding of human resource development

岗位待遇：20万-30万/年，具体面议；
