2024年10月12日，倬亿国际集团“CIG E-MOBILITY战略合作伙伴签约仪式暨LAGRIDE项目推介会”在中国广州顺利举办。会议以“绿色发展伙伴行动”为主题，积极响应了2024年中非合作论坛峰会上习近平主席的重要讲话，强调了绿色出行对全球生态环境的积极影响。E-MOBILITY项目旨在推动绿色出行和可持续发展，通过现代化的网约车服务，引入电动汽车和智能调度系统，优化交通资源配置，改善尼日利亚的交通状况，全面助推非洲国家交通体系的绿色转型。

On October 12, 2024, the "CIG E-MOBILITY Strategic Partnership Signing Ceremony and LAGRIDE Project Promotion Event" organized by the Choice International Group (CIG) was successfully held in Guangzhou, China. With the theme of "Green Development Partnership Initiative," the event actively echoed the important speech delivered by President Xi Jinping at the 2024 FOCAC Summit, emphasizing the positive impact of green transportation on the global ecological environment. The E-MOBILITY project aims to promote green transportation and sustainable development by introducing electric vehicles and intelligent dispatch systems through modern ride-hailing services, optimizing traffic resource allocation, improving transportation conditions in Nigeria, and comprehensively boosting the green transformation of transportation systems in African countries.

回首过往，2022年初，倬亿国际与拉各斯州政府携手启动标志性城市公共出行项目Lagride。自该项目落地以来，双方不断深化合作。2024年7月倬亿国际与拉各斯州政府在Lagride基础上，再次推出E-Mobility项目计划。这不仅将为这座非洲明珠的市民带来前所未有的便捷和环保式的出行体验，更标志着拉各斯作为非洲新能源革命的先锋城市，引领并开启了非洲绿色出行的划时代篇章。

Looking back, in early 2022, CIG and the Lagos State Government jointly initiated the landmark urban public transportation project, LAGRIDE. Since the project's launch, both parties have continuously deepened their cooperation. In July 2024, based on LAGRIDE, CIG and the Lagos State Government once again announced the E-Mobility project plan. This will not only bring unprecedented convenience and eco-friendly travel experiences to the citizens, but also marks Lagos as a pioneer city in Africa's new energy revolution, leading and initiating an epoch-making chapter of green transportation in Africa.

倬亿国际集团董事长陈秀霞在会议上表示，E-MOBILITY项目不仅是商业举措，更是推动社会进步的重要公益事业。她强调，该项目将为当地创造更多就业机会，促进经济繁荣并有效减少碳排放，改善空气质量，为非洲居民提供更健康的生活环境。

At the opening ceremony, Chairman Chen Xiuxia of the Choice International Group stated that the E-MOBILITY project is not only a commercial initiative but also an important public welfare undertaking that promotes social progress. She emphasized that the project will create more job opportunities locally, promote economic prosperity, effectively reduce carbon emissions, improve air quality, and provide a healthier living environment for African residents.

尼日利亚联邦共和国驻广州总领事George Collins Onwuekwe阁下在致辞发言中表示，Lagride E-MOBILITY作为拉各斯州政府与倬亿国际集团公私合作项目将在拉各斯州推出5000台电动汽车（EV）且建立一个完整的EV基础设施生态。他表示，此举为尼日利亚人提供了一个全面的出行解决的方案，极大的推动了拉各斯州的经济发展与工业化整体进程。他强调，E-MOBILITY项目在倬亿国际与拉各斯州政府的共同努力下，不仅为拉各斯创造了一个光明、高效和可持续的未来，也将作为非洲大陆的荣光供后来者跟随借鉴。

In his speech, His Excellency Amb. George Collins Onwuekwe, Consul-General of Consulate - General  of Nigeria Guangzhou, P.R.China, mentioned that LAGRIDE E-MOBILITY, a public-private partnership project between the Lagos State Government and CIG, will introduce 5,000 electric vehicles (EVs) in Lagos and establish a comprehensive EV infrastructure ecosystem. He noted that this initiative provides Nigerians with a comprehensive travel solution, greatly promoting Lagos State's economic development and overall industrialization process. He emphasized that with the joint efforts of CIG and the Lagos State Government, the E-MOBILITY project not only creates a bright, efficient, and sustainable future for Lagosian but also serves as a pride of Africa and benchmark for others to follow.

During the event, key staff in charge of CIG E-MOBILITY provided detailed introductions to the project background and organizational structure. Additionally, several industry leaders shared their perspectives on the E-MOBILITY project. Wang Shunsheng, Deputy General Manager of GAC MOTOR, and Xiao Qiang, Business Director of SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile (SGMW), respectively elaborated on their companies' experiences and visions in the fields of electric vehicles and intelligent transportation. Cheng Aiguo, Chairman of AUTOSEMO, also pointed out that through technology transfer and talent cultivation, it will lay the foundation for the development of the renewable energy industry in African countries.

The signing ceremony was an important part of the event, with representatives of seven co-operating units, including GAC MOTOR, Choice International Group, SAlC-GM-Wuling, Ruqi Mobility, Aisheng Automotive Technology, Teld New Energy Technology and Topsunlight New Energy coming to the stage to sign strategic cooperation agreements. This historic moment marks the consensus reached by all parties in promoting green transportation and jointly advancing towards a new stage of global cooperation for sustainable development between China and Africa.

As the world places increasing emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development, the implementation of the E-MOBILITY project not only helps to improve transportation efficiency in Nigeria but also provides lessons learned for other African countries. In the future, the project will continue to deepen relationships with government and industry partners to ensure the establishment and comprehensive promotion of electric vehicles and their charging infrastructure in Africa. We will actively collaborate with domestic and foreign partners, focus on the African market, leverage Chinese resources, and attract international capital. With steadfast determination, we will continue to lead more green innovations and intelligent upgrades in business models. We will contribute more Chinese wisdom and market forces to the sustainable development of the global community.
