Since its inception in 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has evolved from a vision into a reality with fruitful results, demonstrating strong vitality and resilience, as well as China's responsibility to promote the common development. As a new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is surging forth, new technologies such as the Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and blockchain are integrating with various industries at an accelerated pace. The BRI has taken on the characteristics of a new digital era, bringing rare opportunities for the economic development and industrial digitization  for countries of the BRI.

I want to propose an "affordable digitalization". Not onlys the vice Chairman of the China-Africa Business Council but also as that of an enterprise serving more than 100,000 SMEs on an integrated digital supply chain service platform and a supply chain financial service platform, I have a deep sense of how to enable SMEs that lack digital talents and resources to effectively implement digital transformation and enjoy the benefits brought by digital technologies. China has taken solid steps in this field, taking into account the rights and evaluation of data and use, in order to accelerate the process of industrial digitalization, so that more "Belt and Road" countries can develop.
