4月8日，以“法护商兴・商促法进・新质法商・港通全球”为主题的江苏国际法商服务港推介交流会在南京建邺区成功举办。作为长期深耕非洲法商服务的专业律所，圣典律师事务所作为支持单位深度参与了本次大会的筹办，并与尼日利亚Justice Forte Chambers、坦桑尼亚VK联合律师事务所、南非林楷云律师事务所现场签署战略合作协议，共同护航中非经贸往来。圣典所凭借在非洲多年的业务积累与本土化网络，成为服务港推动中非法商资源互联互通的关键力量。

On April 8, the Promotion and Exchange Conference of the Jiangsu International Legal and Commercial Service Hub, themed “The law safeguards the prosperity of commerce, and commerce drives the advancement of the development of law. Legal services and business activities in the new era shall further improve their quality and actively integrate into global cooperation.”, was successfully held in Jianye District, Nanjing. As a professional law firm with long-standing expertise in Africa-related legal and commercial services, Sundy Law Firm participated extensively in the preparation and organization of the conference as a supporting institution. During the event, the firm signed strategic cooperation agreements on site with Justice Forte Chambers (Nigeria), VK and Company Advocates (Tanzania), and LAM ATTORNEYS INC. (South Africa), jointly contributing to the legal safeguarding of China–Africa economic and trade exchanges. Leveraging its years of experience in Africa and its localized service network, Sundy Law Firm has become a key force in promoting connectivity of legal and commercial resources between China and Africa through the Service Hub.

During the centralized project signing session, Sundy Law Firm entered into agreements with renowned law firms including Justice Forte Chambers (Nigeria), VK and Company Advocates (Tanzania), and LAM ATTORNEYS INC. (South Africa), agreeing to carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as cross-border investment compliance, commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, and corporate compliance.

此举不仅强化了圣典所在非洲的本地化服务能力，也为江苏企业出海非洲提供了“境内+境外”双向法律护航。

This initiative not only strengthens Sundy Law Firm’s localized service capabilities in Africa, but also provides Jiangsu enterprises expanding into Africa with dual-layer legal support covering both domestic and overseas jurisdictions.

Roundtable Dialogue: In-Depth Exchange on China–Africa Legal and Commercial Integration

圆桌对话环节，与会嘉宾围绕文明互鉴赋能中非法商融合新实践、法商发展的机遇与挑战、非商事法律服务协作、法商资源互联互通等议题展开深入交流，凝聚合作共识、拓宽合作空间。

During the roundtable session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including empowering new practices of China–Africa legal and commercial integration through mutual learning among civilizations, opportunities and challenges in the development of legal and commercial services, collaboration in non-litigation legal services, and the interconnection of legal and commercial resources. These discussions helped build consensus and expand avenues for cooperation.
